In the second column, 54 + 45 x 2 = 144.
Let the missing number in the third column be x.
Then, x + 32 x 2 = 68
x = 68 – 64 = 4

The number in the second column is three times the difference between the numbers in the third and first columns.
So, missing number = 3 x (16–7)
